All of our soft pretzels are produced in a WSDA certified kitchen in Olympia, WA. We craft our pretzels in small batches using a traditional food-grade lye dip method to produce that yummy pretzel taste, smell, and color. We twist each pretzel by hand, which means that every pretzel is slightly unique but uniformly delicious. We are committed to using high quality ingredients with no artificial flavors, colors, or preservatives. 

We are Kandi Bauman and Lamar Varadi, co-founders of Varadi Pretzels. We started our business as a way to explore what it means to turn something delicious into something impactful. We are self-taught bakers that started out by making pretzels in our kitchen every weekend and now provide them to our community. As a mother and son duo, our business is not only about making pretzels, but also about learning, growing, and enjoying the journey of entrepreneurship together.
